These flies, I hope that you will find,
Will let you fish with peace of mind.
They will be seen without a doubt,
most of all I hope, by trout.
So take your rod and cast a line,
They tempt big fish so don’t fish fine.

I live in hope of finding that fly David. I while away many an hour tying flys but can’t say I’m particularly proficient. It brings back happy memories of a man who was a huge influence in my life, sadly no longer with us, and a Concorde pilot to boot. Not to mention, of course, the massive satisfaction of catching a fish with something I created
