Try Lathkill.com they do a Veniard full rotary vice for £29.50. It is clamp not pedestal but it will last you at least 2 or 3 years of tying. Its excellent for the money and the rotary facility is very good or bearded hackles etc. I use one and i got mine from lathkill and i am very happy with it. I cheat and buy "pom pom" balls from tesco at 99p a packet in the kids creative section.Just push the hook through one of the pom poms after adding a bit of lead as weight then tie off with thread at either end,just catching the fluff of the pom pom.
